All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
